Beertender B95 problem with Heineken 5lt Keg!

I just registered and figured out through a translator that you are talking about the Beertender and Heineken 5lt Keg. Am from Greece and am having a big problem.

I bought the Beertender B95 from ## commercial link prohibited ## site but there is a problem once I tried the device. Although the 5lt Keg is cooled from the device, the level of the beer and the actual temperature is not displayed. The level display is only flashing indicating that there is no beer in it.

There is a valve under the cover and once I press it manually, a pump starts and only then all the displays are indicated. When I close the the cover nothing happens, only cooling.

Any ideas what could be wrong with the device and/or how to solve this problem?
